Order Cancellation

Order Cancellation before shipment

You can cancel your order before the products has been shipped. Your entire order will be cancelled & the amount will be refunded to you within six to seven working days.

Order Cancellation after shipment

In case the products you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still cancel the order online.

Once we receive the originally ordered products back from the courier company & verify its packaging / condition, we will refund your amount within six to seven working days.

Order Cancelled but already shipped

In case you have cancelled an order, but we have already handed over the products to the courier company, then courier company may attempt to deliver the same to you. Please do not accept the delivery of the order.

We shall process your refund once we receive the originally ordered products back from the courier company & verify its packaging / condition. This may take six to seven working days.

An order cannot be cancelled once the products has been delivered to you.

Payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within six to seven working days of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For COD (cash on delivery) transactions, refunds can be processed to your bank account via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer). We will initiate the NEFT where you wish to receive the refund against the billing details shared by you. You will need to provide us the Account holder's name, Bank name, Branch address, Account number & IFSC Code. This process will be completed within six to seven working days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

How do I return products purchased on starsindia.net?

Starsindia.net offers its customers a 'Friendly Return Policy', wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of products within three days of its delivery.

  1. Contact our Customer Care team via email at  customercare@starsindia.net within3 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the products & the invoice for our reference.
  3. We will pick up the products within 3-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals (holograms)& labels intact.

Note: Request for replacement, shall be subject to availability of stock. In rare a case when replacement is not available, we will refund you the full amount.

Please refer below the conditions wherein Returns will not be accepted :

  1. Products that are opened & or used.
  2. Sealor original packing is broken.
  3. Returned without original packaging including labels, seals, original packing.
  4. Products purchased under special promotions or combo offers.
  5. If request is initiated after 3 days of order delivery.
  6. Limited edition products that are on sale or special promotion.

Products that cannot be returned

Elasto Fix, Photo Fix, Micro Foundation, Reflect Illuminators, Lipsticks, Compacts, Mascaras cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

However the above products shall be replaced in case of damage during transit, color mismatch or the product is different from what was ordered.

Can I return a combo offer product?

Yes. The entire combo offer products needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product & in the same condition as it was delivered.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. If you have ordered multiple products, you can return individual products in case of color mismatch, product is different from what was ordered. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all complimentary gifts or products which are part of your order.
